TOS and INFO

GENERAL
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any time, for any reason.- After discussing the details, I will send you a wip sketch to approve. After that, I expect payment in full, no exceptions unless you are someone I trust. Sketch commissions however need payment upfront.- I retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and portfolio use.Do inform me if you wish to keep the commission private.- I will require a flat coloured reference image / detailed appearance description of your character, Information like expression and pose, outfit, theme and background colours are very appreciated.DEADLINES AND UPDATES
- General turnaround time will be around a week to a month, depending on my schedule and queue.- Work in progresses screenshots are provided at each stage, but you may request for updates anytime.
- Rush Fees will be implemented if a commission has a deadline within less than a week.ALLOWED USE WITH CREDIT
- Personal use, eg. profile pictures, banners, personal keychain or print etc.- Manually edit aspects of the artwork, or commission others to edit it for you. Eg. complete sketch commissions.- Resell designs with the same value as you have spent on said design.NOT ALLOWED USE
- Commercial usage, utilising artwork for mass merchandise production or reselling.- Minting into any form of Cryptocurrency / NFTS.- Feeding into any form of generative AI.REFUNDS AND REVISIONS
- I will only allow refunds if I am unable to complete said commission, refund amount will depend on progress made.- Revisions towards mistakes in anatomy, character design, or not aligning with the initial request are free of charge, and do not count as major/ minor revisions in this TOS.- Major revisions may only be requested in sketch stage. Up to 1 major revision and 3 minor revisions are allowed free of charge, additional revisions will be charged.- 3 minor revisions each are allowed free of charge for line, colour, and render stage , additional revisions may be charged.* Major revisions include: Altering more than 25% of the design or pose, adding or replacing a complex body part or accessory (normal arm into mecha arm / wings etc).* Minor revisions include: Altering less than 25% of the design or pose, adding or changing a body part or accessory of similiar complexity.* Minor revisions that do not match the stage provided (line-work change on colour stage) may not be counted as a free revision, depending on difficulty.

I CANNOT DRAW

  • Humans/Humanoids/Anything with human facial features

  • Characters with Long / Anime Hairstyles.

  • NSFW / Fetish Content

  • Complex Mecha / Armor Designs

  • Overly Complex Backgrounds

* Complex backgrounds include cities, architecture, or anything that focuses on background details rather than characters

  • Custom Design ( no prior visual art / detailed description of character ) +$10 Custom Fee

  • Base Price Includes 1 fullbody, 1 headshot, eye, paw, mouth closeups, color palatte and transparent / flat / patterned bg.

  • Additional Headshot +$6 / Halfbody +$8 / Fullbody +$10

  • Descriptions: Free

  • Body part/accessories/equipment: + $3-$6 per item

  • Armor/outfit/undressed alts : +$7-$10 per item

  • Simple scene background +$5 -$10

  • Due to the subjectiveness of each element, I will quote the total price for you before the commission starts. Below are some examples so you can get a rough idea on the pricing!

TWEENED LOOP ICONS ($15)

  • Base price includes a flat colored headshot, basic head and body movement, ear and simple fur follow through, 1 set of limb animation (pair of paws, wings) and a flat/ transparent bg.

  • Can choose between head bop style or slow swaying style. (same price)

  • Manual Shading: +$10 // After Effects Shading +$3

  • Complex hair movement / more animated parts: +$5 each extra part (symetrical things like a pair of wings count as one part )

  • Changing expressions (max 3) +$5 each

  • Simple Scene background +$5

  • Animation can be synced to a song for free (must be consistent beat) just let me know!
