I reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any time if you or your commission makes me uncomfortable in any way.

After discussing the details, I will send you a free wip sketch to approve. After that, I expect payment in full, no exceptions unless you are someone I trust. Sketch commissions however need payment upfront.

I can only provide refunds if its an error on my part.

You may use the finished art for personal use, like profile pictures, banners, posting it in your own account, printing it out for display in your home, or make it into a keychain /badge/sticker for only yourself etc, as long as you credit me.

You may not use the artwork for commercial gains such as making it into your own merch or reselling it to someone. The only exception to this is customs( only the design, not the artwork itself).

You may not use the artwork to train AI or mint it into NFTs, no exceptions.

Please do not argue with me about my prices. If you think I'm undercharging, feel free to tip; if you think I'm overcharging, find someone else to commission.

I don't usually post artwork on my socials, however I may be using it as an example for my portfolios. Do inform me if you wish to keep the artwork private.

The completion time may vary depending on difficulty, if I'm not busy, it usually takes less than a week, but if I am, it might take up to a month.

You are allowed to request work in progresses or updates at any time, however I may not be able to respond immediately if I am busy. I will try to provide a WIP whenever one stage is completed.

I prefer having as much details provided as possible, it helps me create an artwork that is more accurate to what you are looking for!

Example of details you can provide: A flat colored reference image / detailed appearance description of your character, the expressions and poses, background patterns, color theme, outfits
